Mysore Palace is beautifully illuminated with nearly 100,000 lights every Sunday evening and on public holidays (7:00 PM to 7:40 PM), so a Sunday visit is a great opportunity to see the palace lit up. Do note that some attractions may have different timings on public holidays, so it's best to confirm in advance.
